Professionally present yourself to the public as a qualified teacher in both Breath & Prānāyāma.
Know how to teach effectively in a one-on-one setting as well as developing groups in practice of the breath.
This is an immersive residential course: room, food, practice, beach
3 weeks of practice, philosophy/ theory/ science, teaching experience
The Breath & Prānāyāma Teacher Training (PTT) Course serves as an additional 200-hours to your YTT
The PTT 200 hours can also be included within your 300-hour ATT

Ideal for students who have begun Prānāyāma practice and seek guidance to proceed and desire to teach. Also for those with just the desire to practice, having more time to practice while others train-teach.
Prānāyāma training requires an understanding of the breath, breathwork, the base of breath regulation, and certain kriyas to be able to proceed and engage in actual Prānāyāma practice techniques.
Related anatomy and physiology, history and tradition of the techniques, theory background and scientific explanation, and specific breath methods and Prānāyāma techniques are included.

This is the most comprehensive course to keep up your practice, learning, training and teaching experience. Paul remains currently active in the field of breath research as well as ongoing practice. This is shared year-after-year with the latest in science and practice being presented.
Prānāyāma is the art of yoga practice and requires a matched level of commitment and regularity in practice. Doing it naturally advances it which equips one to teach levels of it. Prānāyāma requires skill to manage the breath and related body areas. Related anatomy and physiology and specific Prānāyāma techniques are continued.
