About the Retreat

We gather to begin a journey into ourselves with healing practices from sufi mystics and yoga sages.

These practices involve breath, movement, sound and silence. They are part of classical Hatha Yoga for wellness of mind and body and Raja yoga in healing the heart, connecting to the spirit, in process of self-actualisation.

In our time together we will journey through ancient Sufi mystic teachings, practices and techniques and learn to transform those aspects of our being that do not serve us into ones that do. The healing journey of the mystic awaits you.
